Each award entry must begin with a brief overview of your company, product or service that relates to the category you are entering.
Entries (maximum 1,500 word count excluding your brief company, service or product overview and testimonials) will then be assessed against the following criteria:
1. Product or Service delivered (40%)
Describe the business mobile products and services that you offer to the New Zealand market i.e. Pricing, data caps, added value etc.
How do your products match the needs of the audience you are looking to service? Large business? SME etc.
2. Leadership, Innovation and Communication (40%)
How does your organisation show leadership and innovation in the delivery of a business mobile service offering?
How does your organisation differentiate its business mobile offering in a crowded marketplace?
3. Customer Service and Testimonials (20%)
How do you deliver customer service that is over and above the norm?
Describe how your customers have benefitted from any improvements to your business mobile service or offerings that you made in the qualifying period.
Please provide up to three testimonials (maximum 250 word count per testimonial) from business mobile customers or industry sources why you should win over and above other providers.
The deadline for receipt of your entry is 17:00 or 5pm on Tuesday 17 October 2023.
There is a fee of $139 + GST per award entry. When you enter your registration details on the NZ Compare Awards website, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you. This can be paid via direct payment to our bank account. The invoice is payable on the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Late payment or payment after the deadline may result in your entry becoming void.
GCGL will not accept additional material by email or other means unless there are exceptional circumstances and with our permission. GCGL will not accept any entry made after 17:00 on Tuesday 17 October 2023.
